HOW TO OFFER A BIG PROBLEMS COURSE

Faculty members who teach in the College are invited to propose a Big Problems course. Please see the Call for Course Proposals, which includes a form for you to submit for a grant for curricular development (below).

Usually course proposals are developed, in collaboration with the Big Problems director, Professor John Kelly, during the fall and winter quarters before the year in which the course will be offered. You’re also welcome to propose a course at other times throughout the year.

For more information, please contact Margot Browning, Executive Director, by emailing mb31@uchicago.edu or calling 773-702-5657.
